TAUVEX Calibrations:

The long term calibration of the instrument is of primary importance to all projects sand a regular calibration program will be established. Taking into account the fact that TAUVEX will scan over large areas of the sky, it should be possible to incorporate the calibration program into the other science programs, maximizing the effective use of valuable mission time

Photometric Calibrations

Photometric calibration involves calculation of the inverse sensitivity function of the instrument from the fluxes of known stars and the observed data in counts. The list of standard stars to be used is available here.
