TAUVEX Operational Cycles

The TAUVEX telescope will operate in Observational Cycles. The structure of the cycles is dictated by the seasonal and straylight constraints, which are described in details in Observational Windows and Limiting Magnitude Maps document available on Guest Observer's page. There will be four Cycles in a year. The dates of the cycles (assuming the launch in October 2009) are as follows:

Winter Cycle 1	:	Nov 20 2009 — Feb 26 2010
Spring Cycle 1	:	Feb 27 2010 — Apr 11 2010

Fall Cycle 1	:	Sep 1 2010 — Oct 14 2010
Winter Cycle 2	:	Oct 15 2010 — Feb 26 2011
